Psyllium husks are often used as a form of natural dietary fibre. They can be sprinkled on cereals, added to smoothies or used in baking. They are natural containing no additives or preservatives.
Excellent for cleaning out the digestive tract. Add a teaspoon to your breakfast or smoothie.
They are also an excellent cooking thickener and represent an inexpensive vegan alternative to Xanthan Gum, Agar Agar or Guar Gum, really.
