Our Returns and Refund policy reflects the practical realities of providing an online grocery service. We cannot issue refunds for any food items. Please be sure that you order what you want.
Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless we have made an error.
When an order has been placed online you can request a refund and The Raw Deal Natural Foods will consider whether an order or order item can be refunded. We may decide not to issue a refund depending on the individual circumstances of the refund request. If we decide that a refund is warranted we might ask for the goods to be returned and if so, we will provide you with a return authorisation number and reimburse the return shipping costs, if the return is the result of our error.
Use the Contact Us page to request a refund. Please supply the order no, order item and your contact details including a contact phone. We will contact you within two days to action the refund request and to provide a return authorisation number as necessary. A refund request must be submitted within two days of you receiving the goods.
Approved refunds will be processed within two weeks, this reflects the time lag for shipping, examining returned goods and processing any refund through financial institutions.
Refunds will be processed either by;
- Refunding to the credit card used for the purchase
- Refunding PayPal transactions
- EFT to a nominated Bank Account.
We cannot issue refunds for any food items.
If we ask you to return the goods they should be packed in the original packaging material with the return authorisation number on the label and shipped to:

You can also deliver the goods for authorised refunds to the store in person.
