Organic Unbleached White Self-raising flour is used in baking and cake-making, as a short-cut in baking, or by vegans who do not eat eggs (the extra raising agent in the flour does the eggs’ work).

Ideally it should be refrigerated to retain freshness.

Made by milling the whole wheat-grain and sieving out the bran, and the addition of natural leavening agents to make it a self raising flour.
